For Commercial & Industrial Hire

Temporary HVAC, refrigeration and power equipment needs to be correctly connected, tested and commissioned before it can support your operation.

Aircon Rentals can manage the installation and connection of temporary systems, working with site teams and contractors to prepare equipment for operation.

This can range from straightforward equipment setup through to larger temporary systems involving multiple units, pipework, ducting, electrical connections and controls.

Our Installation, Commissioning & Decommissioning service supports temporary cooling, heating, refrigeration and power projects across commercial, industrial and critical sites.

We can coordinate system setup, temporary connections, testing and operational checks before the equipment enters service.

When the hire is complete, we can also manage the safe disconnection and decommissioning of the temporary system before equipment is removed from site.

Equipment Installation

Once equipment has been delivered and positioned, it needs to be prepared for operation.

Our team can support equipment setup and installation in line with the project requirements and temporary system design.

Depending on the application, this can include:

  • Chilled and hot water hoses
  • Temporary pipework
  • Ducting
  • Electrical connections
  • Power distribution
  • Pumps and supporting equipment
  • Control connections

Testing & Commissioning

Before the temporary system enters operation, equipment and connections are checked and tested.

Depending on the project, commissioning can include:

  • Equipment start-up
  • Operating checks
  • Temperature checks
  • Flow verification
  • Control settings
  • Alarm checks
  • Electrical checks
  • System performance checks

Decommissioning & Disconnection

At the end of the hire period, the temporary system needs to be safely taken out of service.

We can manage system shutdown, disconnection of temporary services and preparation of equipment for removal.
