For Commercial & Industrial Hire

When Existing Systems Cannot Meet Temporary Demand

Permanent HVAC, refrigeration and power systems are usually designed around normal operating conditions.

During periods of increased production, seasonal demand, extreme weather or temporary operational changes, existing infrastructure may not have enough capacity to maintain required conditions.

Aircon Rentals provides temporary cooling, heating, refrigeration and power equipment to supplement existing systems when additional capacity is required.

Supplemental capacity can be used alongside permanent equipment for days, weeks or longer periods depending on the requirement.

This can include additional chillers, air conditioning, heating, refrigeration or power equipment together with the pumps, hoses, ducting, fuel systems and electrical distribution required to support the temporary system.

Our team can assess the additional load, available infrastructure and site requirements to determine how temporary equipment can be integrated with the existing system.

Seasonal Cooling & Heating Capacity

Periods of hot or cold weather can place additional load on existing HVAC systems.

Temporary cooling or heating equipment can provide additional capacity during seasonal peaks without requiring permanent infrastructure to be oversized for short periods of higher demand.

This can support commercial buildings, warehouses, production facilities and other sites where indoor conditions need to be maintained during extreme weather.

Additional Production Capacity

Increased production can create additional cooling, refrigeration, heating or power requirements that existing systems were not designed to support.

Temporary equipment can provide additional capacity during production peaks, new contracts, increased throughput or temporary changes to manufacturing processes.

The temporary system can operate alongside existing plant for the period that additional capacity is required.

Temporary Capacity During System Constraints

Existing equipment may still be operational but unable to provide the full capacity required by the site.

This may occur because of reduced equipment performance, partial plant availability, infrastructure limitations or changes in operating requirements.

Temporary equipment can supplement the permanent system and provide the additional capacity needed without completely replacing the existing plant.

Short- and Longer-Term Capacity Support

Supplemental capacity requirements can range from a short seasonal peak through to several months of increased demand.

Aircon Rentals can support both short- and longer-term requirements, including equipment selection, site assessment, logistics, installation, commissioning and technical support.

Where requirements change during the hire period, the temporary system can also be adjusted or expanded where suitable.
