Aircon Rentals provides essential goods to other essential businesses. While we are taking even more precaution in Victoria due to the current state of affairs, Aircon Rentals is still able to provide equipment to all other businesses currently allowed to operate. As the situation continues to change, I wanted to update you how we are managing the COVID- 19/Coronavirus, and the steps that are being taken to minimise any possible impacts to our clients.
We have been monitoring and managing the risks associated with the outbreak for our people, customers and our business. As we continue to respond, our priority will always be the safety of our employees, clients and suppliers.
To this regard, Aircon Rentals has revised its cleaning and maintenance strategy of equipment coming to your/your clients sites. Effectively immediately, Aircon Rentals will be:
- Using an FDA approved cleaner to sanitize all hard surfaces of the equipment. This will also be sprayed onto the equipment coils and be added to the filter wash.
- Equipment that has been cleaned using this process with have a visible green sticker that will be signed and dated.
The adopted cleaning strategy has been prepared in accordance with Department of Health, Australian Government communication, for Environmental cleaning and disinfection principles for COVID -19, issued March 10, 2020.”
Our employees have been fully briefed and updated on personal hygiene practices and will be wearing gloves for installation/removals. Team members that are displaying flu like symptoms will be asked to refrain from coming to work.
As an identified “essential service”, Aircon Rentals will be trading as normal, and will have availability of all temporary air conditioning and power generation equipment 24 hours per day/7 days per week on 1800 626 996 or www.aircon.com.au.
